Borys is a partner of GRECO Law Company with 25 years of active legal practice. He is a well-known Ukrainian legal scholar with J.S.D.\/LL.D. degree and a Pro- fessor of the nation’s prime Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He has extensive experience in law-making and legislation drafting, having inter alia co-authored numerous parliamentary bills, including the enacted Law of Ukraine ‘On group (collective) claims’. Borys is distinguished with the honorary title of the Honored Lawyer of Ukraine. In 2015, he completed International Visitor Leadership Program ‘Transparency and Accountability’ delivered by the United States Department of State
