Olena is a staff attorney of GRECO Law Company with 21 years of active legal practice. She held senior positions in the legal departments of state-owned enterprises of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, with the key task of technically supervising of key state registers and information systems. She specializes in digital transformation, information law, data sources and electronic storage of evidence. Since 2020 she is a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. Her current barrister’s certificate was issued on April 19th, 2013<\/p>

  • Participated in the legal support of the successful class action lawsuit filed by the victims of the major fire disaster at the fuel depot in Kiev region<\/li>

  • Acted as a professional consultant for e-government and e-court projects and open information databases<\/li>
