On February 9, Oleh Shchelkunov, the partner of GRECO Law Company, took part in the presentation of the digital platform aimed at collecting and analysing the information \u201cOnline Monitoring\u201d, as part of the work on the monitoring of laws and regulations, which is carried out jointly by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the EU Project Pravo- Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The advantages of the Online Monitoring platform are as follows: i) ensuring direct access for citizens to the process of forming the state legal policy; ii) contributing to establishment of a dialogue between a state expert and a platform user; iii) settings of the questionnaire will allow getting answers effectively; iv) allowing to achieve complete digitalization of the process of writing law and regulation drafts in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This tool will help improve the process of interviewing the key stakeholders at the stage of preparation for legislation monitoring. Since the questionnaires of the platform have flexible settings, state experts will be able to quickly and efficiently get answers to the questions. When monitoring and analysing the identified issues, the following issues are taken into account: 1) the state of regulatory regulation, 2) the state of judicial practice and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, 3) opinions of the professional community, 4) scientific and research materials, 5) statistics, and 6) international experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
