Managing Partner Pavlo Kuftyryev, together with GRECO Law Company team have participated in the Global Class Actions Symposium 2022.
The Global Class Actions Symposium 2022 is the main class action legal event of the year. It is symbolic that this event is taking place in Amsterdam, as the class (group) action field is the most developed in Netherlands among all European countries.
The event was divided into two days, gathering together top specialists from all over the world. The first day of the Symposium consisted of 8 panels and 30 speakers. The main topics discussed during the first day were actions against global technological giants, the development of collective lawsuits in the EU and Great Britain, and the role of a state in group (collective) lawsuits.
