By the decision of the Zavodskyy District Court of Mykolaiv dated May 26, 2021, in the case initiated by the STOP SLUDGE (NGO) class action lawsuit was satisfied, the court ordered to seize UAH 9,800,000,000 from MGZ in favour of the NGO “STOP SLUDGE” (over USD 300,000,000) compensation for moral damage caused by violations of environmental legislation to 1,279 members of the organization, UAH 7,200,000 (over USD 240,000) for each member of the organization
