Artemii is a counselor of GRECO Law Company with 11 years of active legal practice. He began his legal career as an Assistant Judge at the Commercial Court, and then, having retired from state service, specialized in economic, civil and administrative litigation in Ukrainian courts at all levels. He possesses remarkable experience in supporting claims and litigating in the highest courts of Ukraine and currently heads litigation in GRECO Law Company. RECENT EXPIRIENCE:
- Provided legal support and oversight of the class action lawsuit against the major Russian-owned polluter (Mykolaiv Alumina Refinery) in courts at all levels and of the disputes and litigation related thereto
- Successfully challenged the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on reforming seamen training and certification practices
- Participated in the legal support of the successful class action lawsuit filed by the victims of the major fire disaster at the fuel depot in Kiev region
- Provided legal support in litigation on intellectual property rights involving multinational parties
