Dmytro is an External Advisor to GRECO Law Company with over 20 years of practice in state service, research and international environmental activities. His impressive employment record includes senior positions in public authorities, specializing in environmental impact assessments, as well as in ensuring the implementation of state policy in environmental protection, radiation safety, waste management, hazardous chemicals, pesticides and agrochemicals management, and also in the implementation of state environmental monitoring, air protection, soil protection, geological exploration and environmental compliance programs. Besides, Dmytro has unique experience in setting up funding and financing of central authorities’ and major companies’ activities in the aforesaid areas
