Oleg Shchelkunov

Oleg is a partner of GRECO Law Company with 28 years of active legal practice. His employment record includes several senior positions within the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, including that of the Head of the Department for the Enforcement of Court Decisions. Не is the Head of the Consumer Protection Committee of the Ukrainian Advocates’ Association since 2022. Oleg specializes in the enforcement of court decisions, in industrial law, environmental law, con- sumer protection law, public health legislation, and criminal litigation. His current barrister’s certificate was issued on September 18th, 2012

RECENT EXPIRIENCE:

• Provided legal support and oversight of the class action lawsuit against the major Russian-owned polluter (Mykolaiv Alumina Refinery) in courts at all levels and of the disputes and litigation related thereto
• Participated in the legal support of the successful class action lawsuit filed by the victims of the major fire disaster at the fuel depot in Kiev region
• Ensured enforcement of the court decision in respect of over 60 persons under obligation with collections amounting to UAH3.2 billion (~USD120M)
• Identified foreclosable assets of persons under obligation in close cooper- ation with the National Agency for Identification and Management of As- sets of Ukraine
